For those who are just curious and/or looking for a church home, we hope this site will give you a taste of who we are and what we are about. For those who are already part of our faith community, we hope this site will help you stay in touch with what's going on. For all, it is our prayer that this electronic meeting place will only be the start of our becoming better acquainted with each other and the God who loves us! Stay tuned! As it is with our faith, this site will always be a work in process. - Rev. David J Jones

 Seder Meal

Join us at the Christian Education Center in Chilton Hall for a Seder meal. Traditionally, our Jewish brothers and sisters celebrate the Festival of Passover by hosting a Seder which retells the story of the Exodus using various symbolic foods.  It was during one such Seder that Jesus instituted the Lord’s Supper.  We will remember this event by celebrating our own Seder followed by the sacrament of the Lord’s Supper.  As part of this, a meal will be provided.  This is a great family event to which all ages are welcome.  So that we can ensure there is enough room and food for all, a sign-up sheet is located on the class cabinet in the lobby of the sanctuary or you may sign up by contacting the church office (477-6030 or  To help us defray the cost of materials and the meal, a suggested donation of $10 per person or a maximum of $25 per family is requested, but only if you are able.  (If you would like to further assist us with the cost – additional donations are most welcome and appreciated!)  Please leave donations in envelope underneath sign-up sheet.  All those willing to help organize this event, please note this on sign-up sheet.

We will gather for a Family Sunrise Service to recall some of the stories that might have been on the minds of the women who went to anoint Jesus’ body.  The service will begin in the graveyard behind the church, weather permitting, and then move into Chilton Hall of the Christian Education Building.  It will be followed by a light breakfast.
